Administration Assistant / Office All Rounder - Part time
- $28.90 per hours
A position exists for a competent, enthusiastic part time Administration Assistant to provide general all-round admin support on an on-going 2 days per week basis in a busy Coffs Harbour office. Days required would ideally be Mondays and Fridays but would consider Monday & Tuesday or Thursday and Friday for a total of 15.2 hours.
Duties would include but not limited to: general backend clerical support to existing staff member such as addressing emails, incoming and outgoing correspondence, input of data into excel spreadsheets, preparation of documents using in-house computer packages, organise large mail outs and data tracking. This role would also be required to do some answering of phone enquiries but no face to face reception duties are included.
Applicants must have intermediate excel, outlook and MS word skills with the ability to be able to learn new systems as required. You must have a strong work ethic, be a good all-rounder and be happy to undertake more mundane jobs when required.
Wages $28.90 per hour and are paid under the Clerks Private Sector Award. This position would start by the 14th February 2010.
